Krishna brings over 15 years of experience spanning private equity, consulting, and entrepreneurship. He has previously worked at Bain Capital, a leading global private equity firm with over $100 billion in assets under management, and at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising clients across financial services and industrial sectors.

Krishna also co-founded LifCare, a consumer healthcare platform focused on chronic care pharmacy, where he scaled the business and raised over Rs. 100Crs from leading venture investors including Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners.

He is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 14) by education and holds an B. Com (H) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. At Ironclad, he follows a disciplined, long-term investment philosophy grounded in business ownership — focusing on high-quality opportunities, measured risk-taking, and compounding capital over time.
